I am searching for a free Flash Authoring and creation software?

I have come to a point in my career as a script editor to have an urge to start developing flash 2D MMORPG platforms.I am an intermediate 3D scriptor,but I intend to create 2D.Can someone please lead me to some valuable information on free software.

-they have all flash creating/editing
-creating flash games, videos all that

Lot of money though
