It should have come with the game, check the games instruction manuals back page

it probably came with what you got when you got the code.

the product key may actually be in the DVD or CD itself. put the disc in the player and go to “Explore” there may be the cd key located in the read me or text file… hopefully, I am assuming you checked the literature in the package, but i’m surprised that it’s not in there…. contact the manufacturer of the card.
