I recorded a video and am currently trying to edit to to the final product. Unfortunately, my integrated camera experienced a sync issue with the audio and video of the clip. I currently am using VirtualDub 1.9.2 to edit it, but I have to convert it to a file type that VD can use.
If there are any more free user friendly software out there that are good at syncing audio, I'd really appreciate it.

Why not use Total Screen Recorder to finish the record job??
Record directly into .avi, .flv, .swf and .wmv files with sound sync and great quality.
It never lags my computer for me.
Also, it is compatible with Windows XP and Vista.
